1. The service

Iibsi is a marketplace. Orders are placed with, and fulfilled by, independent shops. Iibsi is not the seller of those goods.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Orders & payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable VAT. Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout. A platform service fee may apply and is non-refundable.

4. Delivery & collection

Delivery windows are estimates set by the shop. Third-party delivery options (Uber, Deliveroo, Stuart) are subject to their own terms.

5. Cancellations & refunds

6. Prohibited items

All listings must comply with our Prohibited Ingredients Policy. Listings that violate this policy may be removed without notice.

7. Liability

Iibsi is a marketplace and is not liable for the quality or safety of items sold by independent shops. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
