1. Who we are

Iibsi is a UK-based marketplace connecting customers with halal-friendly shops and restaurants. References to "we", "us" or "our" mean Iibsi.

2. What we collect

Account details (name, email, password hash)
Delivery address, postcode and approximate location (only when you provide them)
Order history, basket contents, reviews you write
Payment metadata (we never store full card numbers — these are handled by Stripe)
Basic technical data: IP, browser, device, error logs

3. How we use it

To fulfil and deliver your orders
To send transactional emails (confirmations, receipts, delivery updates)
To prevent fraud and abuse
To comply with our legal obligations

4. Sharing

We share order details with the shop fulfilling your order, and payment data with Stripe. We do not sell personal data.

5. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at privacy@iibsi.com.

6. Retention

We keep order data for 7 years for tax and legal purposes. Other personal data is kept only as long as your account is active.
