Product and Delivery Refunds

All refunds relating to products, missing items, damaged goods, incorrect items, product quality, and delivery issues are handled directly by the store that fulfilled your order.

If you wish to request a refund, please contact the store using the phone number and email address provided on your receipt and order confirmation. Please quote your order reference number and include the items you purchased.

Iibsi Platform Fee

The £0.30 Iibsi platform fee is a non-refundable service fee charged for using the Iibsi website and mobile application. This fee covers order processing, payment processing, receipt generation, and secure record keeping.

Once an order has been placed successfully, the £0.30 platform fee is earned by Iibsi and will not be refunded.

Order Records

Iibsi stores complete order records, including:

  • Order reference number
  • Order date and time
  • Store details
  • Purchased items and quantities
  • Prices and total amount paid

These records are available on your receipt and in your order history to help you contact the store regarding any refund request.
